Hello! If you’ve read my “What Have I Been Up To?” post, then you’d know that I started a writing internship for a digital media publication agency about two weeks ago. When I went in for my first day, the COO of the company explained everything that I was expected to do: how to create a post, and how to choose videos that relate to each post. The agency has several different owned and operated websites, so she started me out with just one. It was also decided that I was going to start out by working from home, which was okay with me.
This website that I’m currently writing content for is a daily news website. So far I have six published posts on that website, and I’m still in disbelief about it. When I saw my first post published on the site, I was speechless. My writing is actually out there for the world to see, and I’m so excited about it! You can read the posts that I have right here.
I’m now getting the hang of everything, and I’m hoping that I’ll be able to publish to their other websites soon. Doing this internship is such a dream come true, and I can’t get over how exciting it is! I can’t wait to see where it leads me to in my writing career. Thank you so much for reading.
